First off, you won't run into any random demon encounters in the hospital until you get that little Pixie to join your crew. The fights early on aren't too brutal, but remember, you're basically a newborn demon right now, super weak. Just try not to let them gang up on you, and snag as many party members as you can. Oh, and a pro-tip: don't use any Electric attacks, like the spell 'Jio,' on Shikigami. They totally reflect that stuff, so it'll backfire big time. You should be alright if you keep that in mind.

Alright, time to get up and out of this room. Head over to where Hikawa was hanging out earlier. You'll find Hijiri there, looking just as confused as you probably feel. He'll recognize you from the park and ask what happened. You can tell him you 'got power' or that you 'don't understand yourself' – honestly, it doesn't change a thing, so pick whatever feels right.

Hijiri mentions he woke up here while investigating the hospital. He'll ask if you've met 'them' yet. Your options are 'Yes' or 'Who?'. He's not talking about people, though; he means demons. He's pretty sure these aren't the kind of things you can just call the cops about. He's starting to think this whole 'Tokyo fertilization' thing he'd been looking into might actually be happening. He'll point out that big, glowing cylinder in the room – that's Hikawa's, and Hijiri needs to find him. But with demons running wild, he can't go anywhere. He wants you to check things out first.

That giant stone cylinder? That's your very first Terminal. You can save your game here, which is super important. Remember that spot you found in the basement that looked like some kind of ceremony happened? That's a Heal spot. Down there, you'll also find a 'Shinentai.' That basically means 'Thought Body' – it's what all the folks who weren't lucky enough to be in the hospital during the Fertilization have become. Kind of grim, right?

Now, when you try to head out, get ready for a little surprise in the elevator. Some Will o' wisps are gonna show up. They're after something called 'Magatsuhi' and they're not afraid to fight you for it.
