Walkthrough for Part 146 of Final Fantasy Tactics, covering the Viking battle, Making Music quest, and Master's Reward.
Walkthrough
- 1Viking Battle: Face a Viking, two Axebeaks, and a Beastmaster. The enemies include thieves with Steal abilities and the Viking with traps. Knock out the three thieves first, then the Axebeaks, and finally the Beastmaster. Consider using Safeguard or the Safeguard clan privilege. Be cautious of traps.
- 2Making Music: Travel to The Zegrots Stones, Sant D'alsa Bluff to hunt for strawood. Your objective is to defeat all foes, but items are forbidden. You will fight Sprites, a Lilith, Dreamhares, and a Banshee. Prioritize defeating the Lilith and Banshee.
- 3Master's Reward (Graszton): Located in Formo Block, Zedlei Forest. You receive a random loot item, such as a Battlewyrm Carapace, for becoming Area Champion of Graszton.
- 4Master's Reward (Camoa): Located at The Boulderfall, Baptiste Hill. You receive a random loot item, such as Tyrant Hide, for becoming Area Champion of Camoa.
- 5Master's Rewards (Moorabella): Located at Gateway to the Past, The Ruins of Delgantua. You receive a random loot item for becoming Area Champion of Moorabella.
- 6Master's Reward (Fluorgis): Located at Gorday Citadel, Nazan Mines. You receive a random loot item, potentially a rare Ribbon, for becoming Area Champion of Fluorgis.
- 7Master's Reward (Goug): Located at Lava Run, The Neslowe Passage. This is the final loot item for controlling the area, obtained for becoming Area Champion of Goug.
- 8One-Eyed Evil: Located in The Galerria Deep. You face two Plagues (evolved Ahrimans), a Black Chocobo, a Giant Tortoise, and a Yellow Jelly. The law forbids using the same action as the preceding unit (Copycat). To avoid gaze effects from the Ahrimans, end your turn so your units do not face them directly. Prioritize defeating the Ahrimans and Plagues first due to their Roulette skill. Be aware of Sten Needle traps. After the Eyes, defeat the Jelly, Tortoise, and Chocobo in any order. Hunters with Sidewinder are effective.
