Upgrading the Blacksmith:

Expanding the Blacksmith requires Building Materials and Smithing Sets, each with Basic/Apprentice, Quality/Artisan, and Lavish/Master tiers. Mid and high-tier materials become available as you progress the main questline. You can find these materials by exploring Surveying Spots and purchasing them from the Supply Depot.
