Brewer's Beer Bootlegging

Head into the cellar here, and make your way to the back room. You'll find the book sitting on a table, right next to a chemistry set. Easy peasy.

Camp Forlorn Hope - Command Center

In the south-eastern corner of the main command tent, there's a table. The book is waiting for you there.

HELIOS One - Power Plant

This one's a bit more involved. To snag this book, you'll need to have sided with Ignacio Rivas during the quest ‘That Lucky Old Sun’ and chosen to distribute power evenly to all settlements. It's a bit of a balancing act, but definitely worth it for the book!

Nipton - Town Hall Steyn’s Office

Make your way to Steyn’s Office within the Town Hall. The book is sitting on the desk, right near “Mayor Steyn’s Terminal.”

REPCONN Headquarters - Offices Main Level

When you first enter the REPCONN tour area, look for a door to the east. This leads to the Gift Shop. Inside, you'll find a locked door labeled [Hard] to the north. Pick the lock, and the book is on a metal shelf inside.

[Dead Money] Sierra Madre - Executive Suites

Vera's room is the south-eastern-most room in the Executive Suites. You'll find the book on a bookshelf that's already packed with Pre-War Books.

[Old World Blues] Y-0 Research Center

Venture south of the Y-0 Research Center until you spot a cluster of crashed trucks. Southeast of those trucks, close to the cliff face, you'll find the book lying on the ground. Look for a skeleton and a duffle bag nearby.
