Guide your Courier through Fallout: New Vegas's 'The House Always Wins' questline. Deal with the Boomers, Omertas, and Brotherhood of Steel to secure Mr. House's control.
Alright, let's dive back into Mr. House's grand plan in Fallout: New Vegas. This next part, 'The House Always Wins, Continued (Part 1): Wins Part,' is all about making sure his rivals and potential allies fall in line. We've got a few factions to sort out, and House isn't exactly known for his patience.
The House Always Wins, III
First up are the Boomers out at Nellis AFB. Mr. House wants them either on his side or out of the picture. If you've already done the Volare! quest, Mother Pearl will help you out. If not, or if you just want to speed things up, you can always take out Mother Pearl and Loyal to remove their leadership. Either way, report back to Mr. House once it's handled.

The House Always Wins, IV
Next, House is worried about the Omertas, one of his 'employee' tribes who've gone suspiciously quiet. He wants you to find out what they're up to and ensure that, no matter what, the House always wins. You'll need to complete the quest How Little We Know. If you've already done it, just let House know the outcome. If not, well, you know what to do.
The House Always Wins, V
After dealing with the Omertas, House turns his attention to the Brotherhood of Steel in Hidden Valley. These guys are technophiles and aren't going to just let House run the Mojave with his robots. House wants them gone, and he's not interested in diplomacy. Your job is to neutralize them.
You have a couple of options here. The first is to use the Self-Destruct Authorization Terminal in the Hidden Valley Bunker L2. You'll need to steal three Keycards from the Brotherhood Elders: Head Scribe Taggart, Head Paladin Hardin, and Elder McNamara. Once you have them, use the terminal to generate a self-destruct password. Then, find a nearby Self Destruct Terminal and input the password to blow up the bunker. Warning: Doing this will make the entire Brotherhood hostile, you'll get the 'Vilified' reputation, and you'll need to escape before the place goes up. This can be tricky with a bunker full of angry Brotherhood soldiers in your way.
If you'd rather not waste a perfectly good bunker, or just prefer a more direct approach, you can always just murder everyone inside. It's a bit more straightforward, but just as effective in removing them as a threat.
Once the Brotherhood is dealt with, report back to Mr. House. This will wrap up 'The House Always Wins V' and kick off 'The House Always Wins VI,' which runs alongside You’ll Know It When It Happens. The NCR's President Kimball is heading to Hoover Dam, and House wants him kept alive. He needs Kimball to take the fall for the NCR's failures in the Mojave, rather than House or New Vegas itself. So, keep Kimball alive to die another day, so to speak.
