Tips
- Alternatives exist, so this build is not absolute.
- Intelligence importance is slightly reduced by DLCs, but it could be lowered further if you are not familiar with perks.
- With number-crunching and all skill books, you will have surplus skill points, even without random books from “Honest Hearts”.
- You can ignore Explosives skill books and console codes and still max all skills at 100, though it will be close.
- High Intelligence unlocks some dialogue options and allows access to most with Mentats, but it's largely a vanity stat.
- The benefits of raising other attributes at Intelligence's expense (Health from Endurance, crit chance from Luck, AP from Agility) are negligible.
- Lowering Intelligence further allows for a larger skill point surplus and less need to find all skill books.
- Players not playing in Hardcore mode can safely ignore Survival, saving skill points and allowing for even lower Intelligence.
