Atomic Wrangler

Return to the Atomic Wrangler and speak with James Garret. You can increase your Freeside Fame by paying him 250 Caps, 500 Caps, or 1000 Caps. The 1000 Cap option can only be chosen once, but the lower amounts can be paid multiple times.

Ask Garret for work to start the quest Wang Dang Atomic Tango, which involves finding a cowgirl Ghoul, an escort, and a sexbot.

Speak with Francine about debt collecting to start the quest Debt Collector. She offers 25% of the debt (around 150 Caps), but you can increase this to 50% with a 35 Barter or 35 Speech check.

Ask Francine about the debtors: Grecks, Santiago, and Lady Jane.

Find Lady Jane north-west of the New Vegas Strip gate. She will claim her wealth was lost in Broc Flower Cave and offer to let you loot her caravan. Alternatively, you can pass a 40 Barter, 40 Speech, or 7 Perception check to get her to pay the debt in Caps, Sensor Modules, or Cartons of Cigarettes. You can also steal the Bag of Caps or kill her.

Find Old Ben near the New Vegas Strip gate. Convince him to work for the Garrets by passing a 50 Speech check or using the Black Widow perk. This rewards 50 XP and Freeside Fame.

Locate Grecks behind the Old Mormon Fort. He will give you Caps when asked. You can get more Caps with a 40 Speech check, and even take his clothes with a 60 Speech check. Do not insult his eye, or he will attack, and killing him results in Freeside Infamy.

Find Santiago behind Mick and Ralph's shop. He will offer a discount code for 50 Caps (25 Caps with a 40 Barter check). To collect his debt, you can threaten him, punch him, or pass a 50 Speech check.

Return to Mick and Ralph's. Mick will confirm Santiago's discount code is bogus.

Speak to Ralph about acquiring a sexbot. He will direct you to Cerulean Electronics. If your Science skill is below 60, you can pay Ralph 150 Caps to write a sexbot program, or talk him down to 100 Caps with a 35 Barter check.

Speak to Hadrian, who will insult you. Pass a 25 Speech check for XP. Discussing his career and correctly guessing he makes little money will lead to him complaining about his contract.
