    Fast-travel to Red Rock Canyon and enter the Great Khan Longhouse. Speak with Regis, who will initiate the quest Oh My Papa. Papa Khan will remain steadfast in his alliance with Caesar's Legion.

    Leave the Longhouse and Regis will suggest breaking the alliance by convincing Jack, Diane, and Melissa to speak out against the Legion, and by finding evidence against the Legion for him.

    Return to Hoover Dam and inform Cassandra Moore of the developments. She will suggest assassinating Papa Khan so Regis can take over, making it a new quest objective.

  • Option 2: Discredit Caesar's Legion
    1. Head into Karl’s Room in the Great Khan Longhouse and loot his Footlocker to find Karl’s Journal.
    2. Show Karl's Journal to Papa Khan, who will drive Karl out. This satisfies Regis' need for evidence against the Legion.
    3. Alternatively, pass [Speech 25], [Speech 50], and [Speech 75] checks to make Karl look foolish publicly. If you do this, you will still need to present the Legion Slave Ledger to Regis.
    4. Seek out Jack and Diane at the Red Rock Drug Lab. If you completed Aba Daba Honeymoon and rescued Anders, they will agree to speak out against the Legion.
    5. Fast-travel to the Great Khan Encampment near Quarry Junction and convince Diane to reject the Legion by telling her women cannot join it. Jack will follow Diane's decision.
    6. Once Karl is discredited and Jack, Diane, and Melissa are on board, return to Papa Khan.
    7. Pass one of two [Speech 75] checks: tell him to “claim your own glory!” to have the Khans leave the Mojave, or tell him the Khans are “ghosts and martyrs” to have them perform a suicidal attack on Caesar’s Legion.
    8. If you cannot pass these Speech checks, seek out Julie Farkas at the Old Mormon Fort in Freeside. She will direct you to Ezekiel, a Follower of the Apocalypse, at the 188 Trading Post. Ezekiel will give you a copy of Pretty, Pretty Horsies: A History of the Mongol Empire to guide Papa Khan.
