Locations

• Bitter Springs Recreation Area - Bitter Springs Recreation Office: Head into the office building. You're looking for the room on the south side. Inside that room, the book is sitting on a desk, right next to a paperweight and a busted terminal. Just a heads-up, don't confuse Bitter Springs with Bonne Springs – they're totally separate areas with their own map markers.
• Silver Peak Mine - Silver Peak Mine Shack: Make your way to the shack at Silver Peak Mine. Once you're inside, check out the lockers along the northeastern wall. The book is tucked away in one of the bottom lockers, down near the floor. Fun fact: the main Silver Peak Mine area has the Remnant Helmet, but you'll have to deal with some nasty Cazadores to grab that.
• The Prospector’s Den: Inside the den itself, specifically in the middle room. Look for the bed in the northeastern corner – the book is lying on the floor right by it.
• Wolfhorn Ranch: Get inside the main ranch building. You'll find the book on the floor, not too far from the fridge.
• [Lonesome Road DLC] Hopeville - Hopeville Men’s Barracks: This one's in the Lonesome Road DLC. Go to the Hopeville Men's Barracks. In the southern part of that V-shaped building, find the bathroom stall that's furthest southwest. The book is on the floor, hidden under a wooden crate.
