Abandoned Brotherhood of Steel Bunker: Go down the stairs and head west down the tunnel, taking the first left (south). The book is in the room at the end of the hall, on a shelf near a bunch of books. You will need to hack a terminal [Average] to gain access to the room.

Nellis Air Force Base - Loyal’s House: Find this book on the table along the southern side of the room, near a broken computer.

Sloan - Worker Barracks: In the Worker Barracks, on a shelf in the eastern corner, near a radio.

Southern Nevada Wind Farm - Wind Farm Maintenance Shack: This book is on the tables in the middle of the room.

Puesta del Sol North - Puesta del Sol Switching Station (Dead Money): Make your way east from the entrance, shooting speakers as necessary. In a large, multi-leveled room with catwalks, cross toxin on the ground level and go up stairs to reach catwalks on the eastern side. On top of the stairs, find electronics on the eastern wall with a black arrow pointing south. Save your game. Follow the catwalk south; your collar will start beeping. Continue following the catwalk quickly into a room. At the northern end of the room, near a corpse, is this book. Disarm the terminal [Easy] to shut off speakers, but be wary of a tripwire in front of it that drops grenades. Hacking the computer without disturbing the tripwire is possible. Christine’s “Signal Interference” perk can help but isn’t necessary.

Hopeville Missile Silo (Lonesome Road): From the first Destroyed Eyebot, head east into a room with a missile. On the eastern side of the room, on the floor near the wall by some debris, you’ll find this book.
