Caesars Legion Safehouse: Fast-travel to Caesar’s Legion Safehouse, southeast of Nelson. Use the key to enter and loot beds for items like a Displacer Glove, Legion Praetorian Armor, Time Bombs, Legion Vexillarius Armor and Helmet, a Sniper Rifle, .308 Rounds, a Chainsaw, Centurion Armor and Helmet.

I Can Hear You Knocking: Fast-travel to Nellis Air Force Base. Go to the Nellis Workshop and loot the Gun Cabinet in the north-western corner for the Howitzer Firing Mechanism. Return the mechanism to The Fort, repair the Howitzer, and inform Lucius. Reward: 100 XP, Caesar’s Legion Fame.

The Finger of Suspicion: Talk to Vulpes Inculta. Accept his task to help Martina Groesbeck, a Legion informant discovered by the Omertas. This starts the quest The Finger of Suspicion. Fast-travel to The Strip, enter the Vault 21 Gift Shop hotel, and find Martina at the southern end. Deal with the Omerta Thugs: kill them, provoke them, or pass a [Speech 50] check to make them leave. Martina reveals she works for the NCR and her contact is Captain Curtis at Camp McCarran. Return to Vulpes Inculta for your reward. Ask about Captain Curtis to start the quest I Put a Spell On You. Reward: 200 XP, Caesar’s Legion Fame.

I Put a Spell On You: Go to Camp McCarran and talk to Captain Ronald Curtis. Use the dialogue option “I know who you are. I’m working for the Legion, too.” Curtis will explain his operation. Your objectives are to plant a bomb on the monorail, frame and kill Private Crenshaw, and report to Colonel Hsu. Talk to Colonel Hsu and offer to find the NCR leak. Find a garbage can opposite the doors connecting the Terminal Building to the occupied part of the camp. Inside, you’ll find an Explosive Charge, Monorail Sabotage Plans, Abraxo Cleaner, a Conductor, a Fission Battery, and Wonderglue. Head east to find the monorail door. Board the train and activate a Vent near the eastern door. Exit the train and watch it depart. Return to the Terminal Building and exit through a garage door to the south to reach the unoccupied part of the airfield. Find Private Crenshaw and talk to him about pranks. Pass a [Sneak 40] check to play a prank, or kill him. Plant the evidence from the garbage can in his Footlocker to frame him. Reward: 500 XP, 150 Caps, Caesar’s Legion Fame.
