Veni, Vidi, Vici

After President Kimball's death and the subjugation of minor factions, make final preparations. Ensure your gear is repaired and you have ample ammo and healing supplies.

Inform Caesar you are ready. You will be given one last chance to back down. When ready, select "Let's do this!" to be transported to the Legate's Camp.

At the Legate's Camp, head east to a fortified enclosure. Cross the drawbridge and enter Legate Lanius's tent on a hill.

After Legate Lanius finishes a sacrifice, he will give you orders: kill or convince General Oliver to flee. This quest involves eliminating NCR personnel. Completing this objective concludes the quest "Render Unto Caesar."

After speaking with Lanius, the quest "Veni, Vidi, Vici" begins. Head west through the fort and follow the Legionaries through a large gate.

Cross the bridge, allowing the Legionaries to engage NCR Troopers. At the western end of the ruined bridge, turn north and follow the road to the eastern end of Hoover Dam.

Your objective is to kill all NCR Troopers on this half of the dam as you proceed north, then north-east, and finally east. NCR Troopers here may carry 12.7mm Pistols or Sniper Rifles and can drop Stimpaks.

As you pass an Intake Tower to the north-east, you will be reinforced by Prime Legionaries.

Continue to the Hoover Dam Checkpoint building. You can find mediocre loot in the lockers inside, potentially useful for repairs if you have the Jury Rigging perk.

Exit the Hoover Dam Checkpoint building via the western door.

On the western half of the dam, snipe a ranger in the tower to the south-west.

Follow Prime Legionaries west and engage any NCR Troopers on the ground.

To the north, NCR personnel will spawn near Intake Towers. Counter-snipe an NCR Ranger in a tower to the south-west of these.

Continue past this tower and observe the Legion's Howitzer engaging NCR snipers west of the dam. If you completed "For Auld Lang Syne," the Remnants will provide support.

Fight your way to the Visitor's Center, eliminating Rangers defending it.

Inside the Visitor's Center, you will encounter NCR Heavy Troopers wearing Salvaged Power Armor and wielding Light Machine Guns and Super Sledges.

Proceed through a door to the south to reach Hoover Dam Power Plant 01.

More Legionaries will spawn. Fight your way south through Power Plants 01, 02, 03, and reach Power Plant 04.

In Power Plant 02, you will encounter NCR Veteran Rangers equipped with Anti-Material Rifles, Brush Guns, Hunting Shotguns, Marksman Carbines, and Ranger Sequoias. They will attack from elevated positions.

Power Plant 03 has a few NCR Troopers. Power Plant 04 includes a Heavy Trooper.
