This guide details the locations of Blue Coins #16 through #30 in Ricco Harbor for Super Mario Sunshine.

1. Blue Coin #16: Head to the upper area with buildings and find the small fountain. The coin is in the air above its center.
2. Blue Coin #17: Near the previous coin, locate the building with a green awning and graffiti on the side. Clean the graffiti to reveal the coin.
3. Blue Coin #18: On top of the buildings in the upper area, next to the Rocket Nozzle box, you'll find more graffiti. Clean it to get the coin.
4. Blue Coin #19: In the upper area, find the Yoshi egg. You'll need a durian fruit to hatch it. Use the machines nearby to get fruit (randomly dispensed). Kick a durian to the egg, then get on Yoshi. Eat all the blue butterflies in the area to spawn the coin.
5. Blue Coin #20: With Yoshi, return to the lower area by the tower. Eat the Klamber on the wall to spawn the coin. Alternatively, stun it with water and hop on.
6. Blue Coin #21: Return to the upper area near the umbrellas, benches, and baskets of fish. Spray the fish baskets with water to spawn the coin.
7. Blue Coin #22: Drop into the water from the previous coin's location. Find the red box on a platform near the level's edge. Follow the edge past the coconut tree to another ledge with graffiti to clean.
8. Blue Coin #23: Go to one of the high platforms in the area with fish (used in Episode 8). Clean the graffiti found there. The Rocket Nozzle is recommended.
9. Blue Coin #24: Drop into the water from the previous coin's location. Look for normal coins in the air nearby; a Blue Coin is among them. Use the Rocket Nozzle to reach it.
10. Blue Coin #25: Swim to the yellow submarine. Look for yellow coins underneath a nearby platform. A Blue Coin is with them.
11. Blue Coin #26: Return towards the beginning of the level. Above the crane, there's a small walkway with two yellow coins and a Blue Coin. Drop from above or use the Rocket Nozzle.
12. Blue Coin #27: If you used the Rocket Nozzle for the previous coin, launch yourself to the next ledge and follow it around to find another Blue Coin.
13. Blue Coin #28: Go under the large yellow cage with the Rocket Nozzle equipped and launch yourself up to it. Jump through the small door to find a Blooper inside. Defeat it to get the coin.
14. Blue Coin #29: On the walkways, head to a dead end far from the buildings. Look over the edge for a trail of yellow coins; the Blue Coin is at the bottom.
15. Blue Coin #30: Near the tower, spray water on a wall connected to where the Klamber was. Continue spraying to reveal a blue Shine symbol, which will dispense the Blue Coin.
