You'll need to land three of these bomb hits to take him down. Once he's defeated, you can use the cannon to reach the next area.

This is where things get a bit more platform-y. You're going to be crossing a series of disappearing platforms, and since it's a "Secret" course, you won't have your FLUDD pack. So, no spraying water here!

The first set you'll encounter are green platforms. They cycle through light green, dark green, and then black right before they vanish. Don't worry, they do pop back after a few seconds. The trick is to not be on one when it turns black. Keep an eye on them; about halfway through this section, you'll find a spotted platform that *doesn't* disappear. Use this as a safe spot to watch the other platforms and get the timing down for the ones ahead.

After the green platforms, you'll see some orange trampolines. Use these to bounce up to the higher level. Then, you'll face red platforms that disappear in sequence. You need to run across them quickly before they vanish. The best strategy here is to wait until all the red platforms have disappeared, and then jump right as they start to reappear. This gives you a precious one or two-second head start before they begin to vanish again.

You can use that same trick for the next set of red platforms: wait for them to disappear completely, then jump forward the moment they respawn. These red platforms go away pretty fast, so this timing is crucial. Once you make it across this final stretch of red platforms, you'll find the Shine Sprite. Grab it, and you've completed the episode!
