This guide details the locations of Blue Coins #17 through #30 in Noki Bay for Super Mario Sunshine.

1. Blue Coins #17 and #18: Return to the top of the left cliff. Look to the right to find a large alcove. Spray the top left and top right blocks within the alcove to reveal these two Coins.
2. Blue Coin #19: Drop down to the platforms below. From the lowest platform, jump and hover left into another alcove. Jump up near the entrance and use your Hover Nozzle to create an opening where Coin #19 is located.
3. Blue Coin #20: From the previous coin's location, look towards the cliff on the left. Jump and hover over to this alcove to find Coin #20.
4. Blue Coin #21: Hover back to the long alcove on the left cliff. Once landed, jump up and hover to reveal Coin #21 behind the wall.
5. Blue Coin #22: Hover back to the nearest alcove on the right that has square switches. Spray the switch on the right to reveal Coin #22.
6. Blue Coin #23: Drop down to the alcove below. Spray the switch to move the wall back, then Wall Kick up to the top right hidden passage and follow it to the end to collect Coin #23.
7. Blue Coin #24: Drop down to the sea, refill your water, activate the switch, and climb the right side of the cliff. Leap onto the platform at the end and spray the graffiti to reveal Coin #24.
8. Blue Coin #25: Shoot the switch on the nearby wall and Wall Kick up the left side. The Blue Coin will be above you. Hover to the platform on the right, then back to the small alcove to collect Coin #25.
9. Blue Coin #26: Make your way to the climbing ropes. At the top of the purple shell (where the secret course is accessed), jump and hover to the alcove to find Coin #26.
10. Blue Coins #27, #28, #29, and #30: In Episode 4 or 8, head to the waterfall and dive into the sea floor area of Noki Bay. As soon as you gain control, look left for Coin #27. Continue along the left wall to find Coin #28 at the far end. Staying on the outer wall, look left and follow it all the way right to a pillar with Coin #29. Continue along this left wall to another pillar holding the final Blue Coin, #30.
