    Inside the third cavern, go down the slopes to the west. Watch for burrowing Pokémon emerging from dens. Grab the Nugget between the middle dens.

    Navigate a block puzzle. Push the first block south with Machamp's help into a gap. Step on it to grab the Full Restore to the left.

    Head south and push the next block east; it will fall into a gap.

    Cross east, then exit the cavern south to a wide ledge. Travel west through tall grass and pick up the Dusk Ball.

    Return to the cavern and proceed north from the sunken block. Push the next block into the gap above it.

    Step across the fallen block and climb the ladder on the right. Be cautious of Scientist Ikaika pacing. Stay near the north and run past him on his right when he walks back to the ladder.

    Past Ikaika, exit southeast. Arrive next to a large soil mound. Walk east.

    Approach the suspension bridge guarded by Punk Girl Anna. Stand southwest of her and run east when she looks west.

    Cross the bridge. Avoid the next punk by waiting until he walks away from the bridge, then follow him while hugging the hill south. Run past him from below when he stops or turns around.

    Continue east to another suspension bridge (no trainers). Cross it and search the rock in the corner for a hidden PP Max.

    Step onto the giant tree branch above the east side of the bridge. Follow it north, then east towards the canyon floor.

    Head east past the rocky outcrop and large rock. Go south into another patch of tall grass. Step in and immediately head west up the slope. Leap off the south ledge and grab the Full Heal in the corner.

    Make your way northeast back to the second tall grass patch on the canyon floor. To the right, Black Belt Curtis waits. To avoid a fight, head north through the tall grass, keeping to his left.
