Heahea City

In Heahea City, you will encounter Pokémon Trainers Dexio (Ultra Sun) and Sina (Ultra Moon).

Dexio (Ultra Sun): Uses Mime Jr. (Level 15, Psychic/Fairy) and Espeon (Level 15, Psychic). Dark-types are ideal due to immunity, Ghost-types for super-effective damage, and Steel-types for resistance.

Sina (Ultra Moon): Uses Smoochum (Level 15, Ice/Psychic) and Glaceon (Level 15, Ice). Weaknesses include Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel. Smoochum is also weak to Dark, Ghost, and Bug.

After the battles, you will receive a Full Restore.

Head north-west towards Tide Song Hotel.

Find Totem Sticker #019 on the wall of the small gatehouse on the south side of the hotel.

Go to the hotel's front entrance.

Find Totem Sticker #020 on the east side of the hotel.

Enter Tide Song Hotel.

Find Totem Sticker #021 on the left table near the sofas.

Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Enter the first door on the east corridor. After a brief encounter, you will receive an Oran Berry.

In the same room, grab the Fresh Water lying to the west.

Enter the balcony and pick up an obscured Swift Wing to the right.

Enter the room on the right.

In the next room, check the back of the deckchair on the balcony for Totem Sticker #022.

Visit the last room on the left.

Inspect the area under the bed for a Revive.

Enter the balcony and find an obscured Health Wing to the right.

Exit the hotel and head west towards Heahea Beach.

Go north along the wall towards the BP shops and speak to an old lady near the corner (first friend for the reunion quest).

Head to the harbor, west from the ferry terminal building. Speak to a Beauty near where you found Totem Sticker #020 (second friend).

Enter the apparel shop west of the Pokémon Center. Speak to the person to the right of the changing room (third friend).

Return to the east-most room on the 3rd floor of Tide Song Hotel.

Speak to the old man to receive a Revival Herb.
