Alright, so we're heading into Seaward Cave in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. It's a bit tucked away, but this time around, the game makes it easier to find. Inside, you'll notice the Pokémon are a bit more... chilly, leaning towards Ice-types. First things first, grab that Escape Rope right by the entrance – super handy for when caves get confusing!

The main reason we're here is to find Nebby, and thankfully, it's just a short walk south. But watch out! The Ultra Recon Squad is here to challenge you. They've got a Level 13 Furfrou, which is a Normal-type. Fighting-types will do great against it. Just be aware of its 'Fur Coat' ability, which makes physical attacks less effective, and it might use 'Baby-Doll Eyes' to lower your Pokémon's Attack stat. Once you've shown them what you've got, they'll leave, and you can escort Nebby.

Before we move on, you can explore the rest of the cave now or come back later. If you decide to explore, head west around a rock and grab the Heal Ball to your left. You can't go further west yet, so turn back and head east. Go down the slope, then jump over the ledges to the right. After landing, go north through the short tunnel to snag an Expert Belt in the corner. Head back south, leap over the remaining ledges to the right, and you'll find the exit. Fun fact: using an Escape Rope from here will just bring you back to this spot, not the meadow.

Now, let's do a full sweep of the cave. Head southwest from the bay entrance. After passing a pool of water, the path splits. Go south first to find a hidden Star Piece behind a rock. Return to the pool and take the west path. Grab the Super Potion by the rocks and look above for a hidden Stardust. Head northeast, and the path splits again. Take the east path first to find a Never-Melt Ice at the end of an outcrop. Double back and go northwest. The west path here is a dead end, so keep going north. You'll eventually reach the area where you jumped over ledges before. From there, head northwest, then north when the path widens to reach Nebby and the meadows.
