Learn how to find and catch the special Cosmog in the Reverse World of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Get tips on training and trading your new Legendary!

Alright, so you've made it to the postgame in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and there's one more super-special Pokémon encounter waiting for you! If you head back to the Altar at the end of the Lake of the Sunne (or Lake of the Moone, depending on your version), you might just find Cosmog chilling there. But, you can only do this if you have either Solgaleo (in Ultra Sun) or Lunala (in Ultra Moon) in your party, and make sure it's not fused with Necrozma!

Now, this little guy, Cosmog, is pretty weak when you first meet it – it doesn't even have any attacking moves! It'll evolve into Cosmoem at Level 43, which is still not much of an offensive powerhouse. Keep training it, and at Level 53, it'll finally evolve into Solgaleo (Ultra Sun) or Lunala (Ultra Moon). To speed up the training process, I highly recommend grabbing the Lucky Egg from Professor Kukui and making sure your Exp. Share is turned on. It makes a huge difference!

I know what you're thinking – why would you need another Solgaleo or Lunala? Well, this is actually a super smart way to get the *other* Legendary Pokémon! You can trade your duplicate over to a friend who has the opposite version. Or, even better, you could loan your Cosmog or Cosmoem to a friend and have them evolve it into the Legendary you're missing, then trade it back. That way, you get both Solgaleo and Lunala without needing to trade with anyone else!
