Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering Paniola Town, Hau will challenge you to a Pokémon battle.
  2. 2
After the battle, Hau will gift you a Dire Hit.
  3. 3
Head west from the town's signpost to find two Team Skull thugs harassing a Pokémon.
  4. 4
Defeat the Team Skull Grunt who uses a Level 14 Alolan Rattata.
  5. 5
Return the next day to the woman whose Pokémon was harassed to receive a Bottle Cap.
  6. 6
Head north towards the side of a small wagon carrying hay to find Totem Sticker #023.
  7. 7
To the right of the wagon, speak to the Miltank under the roof to receive a free Moomoo Milk. You can return daily for more.
  8. 8
East from the milk stand is a house. Enter and go upstairs. In the stair hallway, find Totem Sticker #024 on the wall.
  9. 9
Ascend to the floor above and go down the corridor with Magmar. Speak to the Magmar in the bottom-right corner to receive a Quick Ball.

Go back towards the top of the stairs and enter the first room on the left. Check the bottom of the chest of drawers for Totem Sticker #025.
  11. 11
Exit the house and head east towards the Pokémon Center to heal and buy supplies. The right Poké Mark clerk sells Repeat, Timer, and Net Balls.
  12. 12
A man in red sometimes stands outside the Pokémon Center and will offer to buy a random item from you for 5,000 Poké Dollars each day.
  13. 13
Exit Paniola Town by heading north between the Pokémon Center and the house.
Tips
  • Hau's starter Pokémon has Normalium Z, which can unleash a Normal-type Z-Move.
  • Ground-types are best against Hau's Pikachu, as they are immune to Electric-type moves. Grass-types also resist Electro Ball.
  • Ice moves inflict 4x damage on Noibat. Rock, Dragon, and Fairy-types also deal super-effective damage.
  • Fighting-types are recommended against Hau's Eevee.
  • Dire Hit increases your Pokémon’s critical hit ratio, which ignores opponent stat boosts from auras.
  • Fighting-types are ideal against the Alolan Rattata, while Bug and Fairy-types also do incredible damage.
  • Dire Hit (from Hau)
  • Bottle Cap (from woman next day)
  • Totem Sticker #023
  • Moomoo Milk (daily)
  • Quick Ball (from Magmar)
