Speak with Kendrack in his Barracks. Ask about the problem to learn about a bounty for escaped prisoners. Agree to find them, and Kendrack will instruct you to bring him their ears.

Zor: Located upstairs in the Green Griffon Inn, in the last room on the right. Bash, cast spells, or use Rogue talents to open the door. Zor is a Minotaur; watch out for his Knockdown attack. You can kill him for his ear or spare his life, and he will give you his ear. Return Zor's ear to Kendrack for 300 gold and 125 XP.

Delilah: Located in the Archeologist Barracks in the East Road. Go upstairs; she will attack. Spare or kill her to obtain Delilah's Ear. Return it to Kendrack for 300 gold and 125 XP.
