~ MAIN QUEST: THE SEARCH FOR THE CULT ~ (2)

In Port Llast, find Ballard's Grove to the right of Eltoora's Magical Sundries. Speak to the Druid named Ballard and agree to help him to acquire the Spirit of the Wood main quest. Alternatively, speak with Aarchdruid Aawil in the Druid Encampment in Neverwinter Wood.

Head into Neverwinter Wood and explore the Druid Encampment. Speak with Aarchdruid Aawil for information on Neverwinter Wood and this quest.

After your journal (your in-game quest log) updates, enter the Wood. Talk to Dregin, who will open the gates leading into the forest. Cross the bridge and enter Neverwinter Woods, Deep Woods.

You will be attacked by a Dryad. Fight her until she is near death, at which point she will speak to you and provide quest information. You can then choose to let her go or kill her. If you are doing the Missing Druid side quest, enter the cave in the south-east corner.

Explore the Deep Woods and then enter the Nymph Home in the north-east corner of the map.

Search the Nymph Home. You will be attacked by Slave Druids and Rangers. In the north-west corner, find a man locked in a room and speak to him for more quest information.

Search the rest of the home. You will encounter Grigs and Pixies. In the south room, find Terari and speak to him for quest information. If you are doing the Missing Druid side quest, free him.

In the small room off Terari's room with three slaves, open the chest and take the Lock of Nymph's Hair. This is required for Sharwyn's Tale.

In the north-east corner room, find the Nymph. Speak to her for extensive quest information. After the conversation, open the chest and take the Cerominal Dagger, Mirror of Vanity, and the Treatise of the Spirit of the Wood.

Leave the Nymph Home and enter the Heart of the Wood, located to the east on the map.

Explore the Heart of the Forest. To the south-east are Spirit Falls, to the south-west is a cave, and to the east is another cave. If doing the Missing Druid side quest, enter the cave to the east.

Go to Spirit Falls and interact with the altar. Choose response number four: "draw forth the dagger and plunge it into your chest." You will be teleported to the Realm of the Spirit.

Walk around the Realm of the Spirit and kill Pixies and Grigs.

Cross the first bridge and speak with Relmar. He will provide information on the Cult. Tell him you are going to cut his head off and kill him. Search his remains to take Relmar's Journal and a magical belt that grants poison immunity. You have now slain the Cult Leader.

Read your updated journal entries. Cross the bridge where you fought Relmar and search the rubble to find the Spirit Poison Antidote.

Go to the east end of the map and fight the Spirit of the Wood (a large White Deer). After damaging it, it will speak to you. You can choose to cure or kill it.

To cure the spirit, use the Spirit Poison Antidote on it and tell it you have the cure. You will be rewarded 125 XP.

Return to Archdruid Aawil and report that you have cured the Spirit of the Wood. You will be rewarded 500 gold and 375 XP.

Return to Lady Aribeth and give her Relmar's Journal to be rewarded 750 XP. You will learn you must get into Luskan, but first, you need more Cult information.

Head to the South Road to continue the main quest after completing side quests in this area.
