Complete Neverwinter Trouble in the District walkthrough. Find the Waterdhavian Reagent Number Four and defeat Callik.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering the district, speak with the Gate Captain.
  2. 2
Talk to Neibor near the main gates and ask him "why he needs gold" to learn about an auction in the Seedy Tavern.
  3. 3
Go to the dock in the south-west corner and speak to a Bloodsailor. Attempting to open a chest on their boat will provoke an attack; kill them and search their remains for a Bloodsailor Uniform.
  4. 4
Find a Brooch in a chest on the boat; this is required for your henchman Daelan's quest.
  5. 5
If doing the Cloaktower side quest, enter the Wizard Lab in the north.
  6. 6
If doing the Art Theft quest, enter the Androd Estate at the top of the map.
  7. 7
Enter the Locked House in the north-east corner by bashing the door or using spells. You will be attacked by Bloodsailors.
  8. 8
Go upstairs, kill the tougher Bloodsailor Lieutenant, and search the area for a Tavern Key and Orders From Callik.
  9. 9
Head to the Seedy Tavern. You can enter by:
    • Wearing the Bloodsailor Uniform and approaching the front door.
  10. 10
Attempting to open the front door and bribing a lady with gold.
  11. 11
Using the Tavern Key on the side door.
  12. 12
Inside the Seedy Tavern, speak to the Auctioneer to buy items with Smuggler Coins. You can purchase magic armor, weapons, and items by asking to see his special items.
  13. 13
To access the lower level, you need a password. Chef guards the door; persuade him to let you pass, or use the Tavern Key. If unsuccessful, go upstairs, find Ulfnog, and ask him about the Tavern to get the password.
  14. 14
Enter the Bloodsailor Hideout through the door Chef guards.
  15. 15
Kill the Bloodsailors inside and search the rooms. In the south-west room, kill another Bloodsailor Lieutenant and proceed down the stairs in the next room.
  16. 16
On the lower level, search rooms and kill foes. In the north-east room, find Dara'Nei. Talk to her or kill her to obtain Dara'Nei's Locket.
  17. 17
Go to the Silver Sails Trading Company on the west side of the district.
  18. 18
Inside, you will be attacked by Stag Beetles and Giant Spiders. Explore and kill all enemies.
  19. 19
Use Dara'Nei's Locket to open a strange door. Kill the Bloated Dire Spider, which is much tougher than other spiders.
  20. 20
Enter the Aqueducts, which are loaded with traps. Take your time.
  21. 21
If doing the Temple of Tyr quest, there is a tomb marked exit in the top-left corner of the map.
  22. 22
Go to the Mysterious Boat at the bottom of the map and talk to Charon. Ask him "to take me downstream" to be taken to the sewers.
  23. 23
Walk through the long corridor and step through the door at the end. You will see Callik and his guards, and Vengaul through a fence.
  24. 24
Callik will eventually attack; kill him and search his remains for the Masterson Amulet, required for Hemmell's quest.
  25. 25
Follow the corridor to Vengaul. Talk to him and tell him you've come for the Cockatrice. You can either fight him or let him go.
  26. 26
Open the crate with the ray of light to find the Cockatrice Feather, the last Waterdhavian. You will receive 200 XP for completing Trouble in the District.
  27. 27
To complete the Waterdhavian quest, give the feather to Lady Aribeth for 150 XP and 500 gold.
Tips
