This feat was added in the expansion packs for Neverwinter Nights. Now, here's a bit of friendly advice: this feat gets less and less useful as you level up, especially if you're playing a Monk. Higher-level Monks naturally get a ton of stunning attacks per day, so those extra 3 might not feel like much of a boost later on.
