Guide to finding the missing levers for Colmarr's Fantabulous Contrapulator in Neverwinter. Learn where to find the Levers of Stone, Wind, Water, and Fire.
Alright, adventurer! We're heading to Luskan to help out a local inventor named Colmarr. He's got this wild machine, the Fantabulous Contrapulator, but it's missing some key parts. Your job is to track down four special levers scattered around the city. Let's get started!
- 1Get the Quest: First things first, head into Luskan and find a shop called "Colmarr's Fantabulous Contraptions and Magical Etarra." Chat with Colmarr himself, ask him about his invention, and he'll give you the quest to find the missing levers.
- 2Lever of Stone: You'll find this one on the first floor of a place called the Wink and Tickle. Just head inside, open the second door on your right, deal with the Guard Dog that's probably guarding it, and then open the chest you find there. The Lever of Stone will be inside.
- 3Lever of Wind: Next up, we're heading into the sewers in the middle of The Slums. Make your way to the southeast corner of the sewer area. You'll need to defeat a Ghoul Lord that's hanging out there. Once it's down, search the chest that was near it to grab the Lever of Wind.
- 4Lever of Water: You can find this one in the same sewer area as the Lever of Wind. If you already dealt with the Ghoul Lord for the previous lever, you might be able to get this one from its remains. Alternatively, you can head to the southwest corner of the sewer, take down the Ghoul Outcast there, and claim the Lever of Water from its remains.
- 5Lever of Fire & The Contrapulator: This last lever is also in The Slums sewer. After you defeat the Ghoul Outcast (or if you already did), you'll get a Sewer Control Key. Use this key to get into the northwest room. Inside, you'll find some beetles to fight. After you clear them out, you'll see the Lever of Fire already in place, right next to three Lever Pedestals. This is it – Colmarr's Fantabulous Contrapulator! Just walk up to the pedestals, and the levers you've collected will automatically slot into place. Quest complete!
So, what do you get for all your hard work? No XP or gold, unfortunately. But the real prize is the Contrapulator itself! You can now use this machine to craft all sorts of potions. Just position the levers however you like, then pull the chain hanging from the ceiling (the Contrapulator Activation Switch). If you've got the right combination, a potion will appear near the campfire. It's a great way to save some gold by making your own potions instead of buying them. Happy experimenting!
