Master the 'Wine, Women and Blood' quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Learn how to start the quest, convince Fiala to fight, and defeat Hannes, Bohunek, and Fiala.
Walkthrough
- 1Start the Quest: Speak to Innkeeper Lawrence at the Zhelejov Wagoners Inn. There is a 100 groschen entry fee. To earn money and experience, complete the 'Melee at the Mill' task, where you can win wagers and get paid by Miller Kreyzl to represent him.
- 2Convince Dorothy to Let Fiala Fight: Fiala, a key competitor, is forbidden from fighting by his wife, Dorothy. Find Dorothy at her bathhouse and convince her with a medium Speech check, or find Fiala and convince him with a lie (easy) or by goading him (easy). If you spoke to Dorothy first, speak to Fiala afterwards.
- 3Defeat Hannes the Musician: Hannes is your first opponent. The fight has a 10 groschen wager, and you cannot use gear. Use blocking and counterattacks, and manage your stamina. After winning, talk to Hannes to receive 20 groschen and unlock the next fight.
- 4Defeat Bohunek: After fighting Hannes, Bathmaid Anna will ask you to defeat Bohunek. Challenge Bohunek and defeat him using similar tactics to Hannes. Afterwards, talk to Anna; she offers training in Alchemy and Survival (Apprentice), but it's optional. Bohunek promises not to harm Anna again.
- 5Defeat Barber Fiala: Challenge Fiala. He is not significantly harder than Hannes or Bohunek. Use the same strategy of blocking, counterattacking, and punishing openings. After defeating him, Fiala will offer training in Unarmed (Apprentice), Survival (Basics), and Drinking (Basics). It is recommended to get his Unarmed training.
- 6Claim Reward: Speak to Innkeeper Lawrence. He will reward you with 2x Weak Saviour Schnapps and 200 groschen for winning the tournament. He will then mention another fighter in Trosky.
Tips
- Completing 'Melee at the Mill' can provide the funds for the entry fee and Unarmed EXP.
- Fiala's training in Unarmed is highly recommended for the final fight.
- Focus on blocking and counterattacks in all fights, and manage your stamina by backing away when low.
