Walkthrough
  1. 1
Come to the Evening Meeting: After 'The Lion's Den,' return to Zizka at Devil’s Den and indicate readiness. Wait until evening for the meeting. Ensure you have Bandages and Marigold decoctions. A Speech skill of 22+ is beneficial. The choices made during the meeting do not significantly alter the outcome. The game will fast forward to outside Maleshov in the evening.
  2. 2
Speak with the Devil: Dry Devil reveals his plan to torch Maleshov. To unlock the No Good Deed Trophy/Achievement, refuse his plan by choosing: "No! I won’t murder the innocent!", "My family was killed in such a raid", and "Let’s duel". You must then win the duel against Dry Devil. A Short Sword or Knight's sword is effective. If you lose the duel, you will proceed with Dry Devil's plan.
  3. 3
Open the First Gate: You will be outside the castle. Equip quiet armor and a weapon. Climb the ladder to enter. To continue working towards the No Good Deed Trophy/Achievement, you must open the gate without alerting the two guards. Crouch behind a wagon and throw a rock to the left of the gate to lure one guard away. Then, throw a rock towards the tent on the right to lure the second guard. While crouched, approach the gate and unlock it before the first guard returns. This step, combined with refusing to torch the village, unlocks the trophy.
  4. 4
Defeat the Enemies in the Outer Bailey and Engage in Covering Fire for your Friends: If you are pursuing the trophy, remain in lighter armor and hang back initially, attacking only when allies are engaged. Once reinforcements arrive, push into the outer bailey and defeat all enemies, using your allies for support and avoiding being surrounded. Use Bandages and Marigold decoctions for healing. You will eventually need to provide covering fire. To do this safely, you can hide in a nearby tent until a scene triggers, or use a ranged weapon from cover. After this phase, follow your allies, eliminate remaining soldiers, and deal with ranged enemies by quickly ascending stairs.
  5. 5
Speak with Capon and Zizka: After the battle, speak with Zizka or Capon to discuss how to handle von Bergow. The initial approach will involve negotiation, but von Bergow has a hidden advantage.
