It starts off a bit rough because you can't get into the castle where Sir Hans needs to deliver his message. Instead, you'll find yourself in a tavern in Troskowitz, and wouldn't you know it, you're short on Groschen to pay your bill. Looks like you'll have to earn it!

First things first, head to the nearby trough and give yourself a good wash. Then, you need to chat with the woman in the blue dress by the pond. She'll play coy and pretend not to know anything, so she's not much help, but you gotta try, right?

Your main task is to work off your debt by moving sacks from a cart to the pantry. Before you dive in, though, Betty, the Innkeeper, will let you ask her a bunch of questions. Do it! She'll give you the lowdown on Semine's upcoming wedding and point you towards Miller Kreyzl and Blacksmith Radovan. You can find them chilling at one of the tables. Go chat with them about the wedding; learning what you can might just snag you an invite later on.

Now, back to the sacks. You can try to get Hans Capon to help you, but he'll bail and you'll lose some reputation. Honestly, it's just easier to do it yourself. Head over to the cart, which is near the fence, and grab a sack. Carry it into the tavern and put it in the room on the right. You'll need to do this three times. After the third sack, you'll see Hans getting into it with Svatya.

Defend Capon

If you want a small rep boost, pick “Stop insulting our dead companions.” A fight's gonna break out, and you won't win it head-on. Your best bet is to play defensively and just try to survive until the guards show up. Focus on blocking and parrying. When you successfully parry an attack, that's your opening to strike back. Don't just swing wildly, or you'll waste your stamina and probably get hit.

Eventually, the guards will bust in and break things up. You'll end up in the stocks, arguing with Hans. Don't stress too much about the dialogue choices here; they don't alter the story, though you might lose a bit of reputation depending on what you say. Once that cutscene wraps up, you'll be on your own, ready to explore more of Medieval Bohemia.
