The Reliquary Quest Walkthrough

Start the Reliquary Task: Progress the main story until you complete the 'Storm' quest to unlock the Kuttenberg region. Travel to Old Kutna, then northeast into the wilderness to find a Humble Knight. He will ask you to retrieve the sword of Sir Valentine from the Sedletz Monastery.

Get into the Temple Crypt: Travel southeast to Sedletz Monastery. Speak with Brother Morticius to gain permission to enter the temple and to start the 'Thou art but dust…' side quest. Enter the temple, find planks on the ground leading to the Crypt entrance. Henry will fall through.

Find the Sword of Sir Valentine: Navigate the crypt using a Torch. Collect bones for Brother Morticius's quest. Go through the eastern door to the back of the room and find Sir Valentine's Sarcophagus. Upon opening it, you'll discover the sword is missing. Examine the lid to get a Sketch of the sword, which allows you to forge a replica. Exit through the southeastern door and follow the passage to a lockable door leading to the graveyard.

Forge a Replica of Sir Valentine’s Sword: Travel to Kuttenberg (south of your current location). Purchase the following materials from traders: Copper, Straight sword guard, Cow skin, Coin sword pommel, Frankfurt steel, and Scrap metal. Use a smithy in Kuttenberg to craft the replica sword.

Bring Sir Valentine’s Sword to the Knight: Return to the Humble Knight's camp, north of Sedletz Monastery. After agreeing to hand over the sword, he reveals himself as a seller of stolen goods and attacks you. Defeat him using Henry and Mutt's combined efforts. Loot the Knight and his nearby chest for valuable items.
