Home Is Where the Hearth Is Walkthrough

To start this quest, return to Melve after completing the 'Readvent of Calamity' quest. You can enter by paying 5000 gold or climbing the wall to the right of the main entrance. Pawns are not allowed inside for now.

Make your way to Ulrika’s House on the western side of Melve and speak with Lennart inside. He will explain that Disa’s forces have taken over and the villagers are being held captive.

To help the villagers escape, you need to find four swords. These can be found in a local storehouse within Melve.

Locate Ian and Norbert, two brothers who can help distract the guards. They can be found just outside Lennart’s House, east of Ulrika’s House.

Speak with Ian and Norbert. They will offer to distract the guards so you can access the storehouse.

Wait for the guards to be distracted, then enter the storehouse opposite Lennart’s House. Loot the chests inside: one chest contains two Trusty Swords, another has one, and the third has an Iron Sword, totaling four swords.

Return to Lennart with the four swords and give them to him.

Help the villagers defeat the guards outside, allowing them to escape to Harve Village.

Wait a few days for Ulrika to appear in Harve Village. You can teleport using a Ferrystone or travel on foot.

Find Ulrika by the docks in the northern part of Harve Village. Speak with her, and she will ask you to return at night. Rest at the nearby inn to advance time to night.

If Ulrika does not spawn at the docks, you may need to complete the 'Trouble on the Cape' side quest first. This may involve meeting her in Harve Village or near Stormwind Cave. Complete the objective of rescuing a villager with her. After this, try resting for a few days again to see if she appears at the docks.

During the night, speak with Ulrika again at the docks. A cutscene will play, progressing your romance with her.

You will wake up in her house the next day.
