Navigate the Sealed Mining Shaft in Dragon's Dogma 2. This guide details defeating Lost Mercenaries and a Minotaur, finding treasure like 11,030G and a Ferrystone, and obtaining the Wardancer's Hat.
Walkthrough
- 1Reach the Mine Entrance: Travel west of Bakbattahl to Battahl Ropeway Central Station. Ascend to the westernmost ropeway station and use the crank to call the lift. Ride the lift to Battahl Ropeway Station Three. Descend, defeat any Lost Mercenaries, and break the bar on the gate to access the region.
- 2Enter the Sealed Mining Shaft: Proceed northwest then north from the gate to find the mine entrance. Defeat the Lost Mercenaries guarding it.
- 3Explore the First Section: Head north into the dungeon. The eastern path is a dead end. Take the western path and drop down ledges. Defeat the Lost Mercenaries in the chamber. Loot the chest to the northwest for 11,030G and the chest on the eastern ledge behind crates for a Ferrystone. Mine the three ore seams for midtier ore.
- 4The Minotaur Encounter: Return to the fork and head north. Look left (southwest) for a tunnel blocked by boulders. Attack the boulders or use an explosive barrel to clear them. A Minotaur will emerge and attack.
- 5Defeat the Minotaur and Loot: Defeat the Minotaur. Luring it to charge into explosive barrels can deal significant damage. Loot a junk chest near the cleared boulder barrier for a Stoutness Extract. Loot an ornate chest guarded by the Minotaur for a Wardancer's Hat.
- 6End of the Dungeon: Continue northwest along the main tunnel. You will reach another cave-in that cannot be cleared, marking the end of the dungeon.
