It's located just south of Sacred Arbor, over in Vermund. That's where you'll find the Striking Serpents, and those are your ticket to getting Boltscale.

Now, these serpents aren't your average critters. They pack some serious lightning power and have a surprising amount of health. Fighting them inside the cave itself can be a real pain, especially with their lightning attacks bouncing around. My advice? Try to lure them out of the cave if you can. Once you're outside, it's much easier to manage them. Focus on cutting off their tails – that's usually the key to getting a finishing blow and potentially getting that Boltscale drop.

Before you head out on this little adventure, make sure you're stocked up. Grab plenty of healing items and any other curatives you might have. You'll be doing some trekking, and it's always better to be overprepared.

As for fighting them, they've got a pretty big weakness: Ice. If you've got ice spells or a weapon that's been imbued with ice, now's the time to use it.
