Visit Gautstafr's Home: Head north to the Windwalker's Home, where Gautstafr and his wife Cliodhna live. They'll invite you in, and Cliodhna will suggest visiting the hot springs for Gautstafr's back pain. Volunteer to escort him.

Escort Gautstafr to Geyser Hamlet: The journey to the Volcanic Island Camp and its hot springs is nearby but dangerous. You'll fight goblins and Saurians.

Defeat the Goreminotaur: In one of the final caves, you'll encounter a Goreminotaur. This enraged Minotaur charges frequently. Attack its head when it's stunned from charging; two stuns should be enough to defeat it. Gautstafr is safe during this fight.

Reach the Hot Springs: Continue to the camp and up to the hot springs. Talk to the vendor, enter the springs, and relax to complete the quest.

Claim Your Reward: Cliodhna, who was following you, will reveal herself and grant you the Magick Archer Vocation. You can return to her house later to unlock more skills for the class.
