Walkthrough

    Progress the "A New Godsway" quest until it leads you back to Harve Ville.

    Re-enter the Stormwind Cave and descend to the lowest level.

    In the main keep’s upstairs area, go right from the main stairs, follow the path to a room with a balcony, and find the Uniter’s Mantle in a chest.

Halls of the First Dawn Quest (True Ending):

After completing the main storyline and opting for the True Ending, you will return to the Seafloor Shrine for the Halls of the First Dawn quest. This location becomes your main hub on the Unmoored map. You can rest here without advancing the quest timer. Settlements you rescue will have their occupants brought here. Traders will also relocate to the Seafloor Shrine, allowing you to create a fortified area with necessary vendors and end-game items for sale. The Seafloor Shrine is also a Portcrystal, enabling the use of Ferrystones to travel and return.
