A shield occupies the offhand slots of both weapon sets. When equipped with a shield, you gain the following abilities:

  • Shield Bash (1 AP): Deal (STR bonus + TGH bonus) damage to a single enemy.
  • Stalwart Defence (1 AP): Mark enemies within an area of effect and end your turn. Until the start of your next turn, you gain +15% block against the first attack made by the marked enemies. If you block such an attack, you counter-attack the corresponding enemy.
