Ritual of Binding: Two warp jumps after leaving the Furibundus system, Kibellah will mention the need for a "ritual of binding." Agree to perform it. After the ritual, ask about its purpose. Rituals of the Upper Decks: Ask Kibellah if she would like to see your world. Back on the bridge, ask Janris to organize a social event. After the next warp jump, Janris will confirm arrangements. During the gathering, speak with Kibellah and ask her to take a walk. When she asks why you organized the event, reply that you wanted to show her there are other things in life besides service and duty. She will confide that she wanted to see your world with you. Reply that the truly priceless gift is Kibellah being honest with you about what she wants (+1 Synchronicity). You can then kiss her. Express the hope that this evening will not be your last.

An Engagement in the Crypt: One warp jump after defeating the cultists in the Voidship Crypt, Kibellah will ask to meet you there. Go to the crypt from the bridge. Kibellah will state she wants to sew your eyes shut and take you through the ritual of finding light. Tell her you are ready. You will find yourself in a labyrinth. If your Darkest Hour was Shadow of Torment, you can use that experience. Otherwise, you can attempt an Awareness (+30) check to focus on Kibellah's voice, or a Toughness (+30) check to focus on the pain. After the first check, make an Athletics (+30) check to push through suffocation, or a Willpower (+30) check to conquer weakness. Afterwards, Kibellah will ask you to take her hand. Tell her you trust her and do so (+1 Synchronicity). After the ritual, if you passed the checks, you can mention seeing a glowing labyrinth like the one she traced. Explore other conversation options to end the event.

The Rite of Blessing for the Sacred Hunt: When you go to the Voidship Shrine at the start of the Card Inverted quest, Kibellah will want to perform a ceremony. Agree, make a cut on your palm, and give her your blessing. Kibellah will state you are now bound by a blood oath. Tell her you trust her to bring the ceremony to a conclusion.

Kibellah Talks About Nemesite: After dealing with Confessor Adalbert, Kibellah will wonder if she and Nemesite are similar as creations of their mentor. Respond as you please. She will ask you to stay and talk. She mentions being distracted by thoughts of you during her divination. Respond as you please and tell her that thinking about someone you hold dear is normal. She retorts it's not normal for acolytes of the Bloodspun Web and asks what you would do if worries dulled your resolve. Say you refuse to answer. Kibellah will realize she must find her own path (+1 Synchronicity).

Survivor's Confession: After rescuing Kibellah from the Anatomical Opera, find her in the Pit and say she asked to speak to you. She asks how you can be sure you're talking to the same woman. Say nothing. She will say your bond was a mistake, a distraction preventing her from passing her trial, mentioning the Vizsier. Reply that neither Commorragh nor anything she says can change how you feel about her (+1 Synchronicity). Kibellah will say she must return to the labyrinth and asks for time alone.

A Second Date: After returning from Comorragh, Janris will ask for a moment of your time, stating Kibellah hasn't been herself and suggesting another social occasion might cheer her up. A New Event for Kibellah: When you reach Dargonus (likely after completing Kibellah's companion quest), find Janris outside your personal chambers and tell him you're ready for your meeting with Mistress Kibellah. Kibellah will not be herself. Say that you find her enthusiasm for social occasions... unexpected. She expresses surprise that her desire to be part of your world doesn't please you.
