Explore Bounty Hunter talents in "Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader", including Catch, Critical Chain, Expert Finesse, and Inspiring Trophy effects.

Catch

When you hit an enemy, you inflict the catch effect on the target. The target suffers a stacking -(2 x (difficulty tier + your PER bonus))% penalty to armour and dodge. When the target moves or takes damage, the catch effect and penalties are removed.

Critical Chain

When you kill an enemy with a critical hit, all allies in a 7-cell radius around the target gain a +(difficulty tier)% critical hit chance until the end of combat. This effect stacks.

Cut to the Chase

When you score a critical hit for the first time in a round, you gain +(difficulty tier) Movement Points.

Expert Finesse

When you kill an enemy whose difficulty tier is IV or higher, you immediately reload and attack the closest enemy you can see. This attack gains +50% overpenetration but deals only (4 x (BS bonus + PER bonus))% damage.

Gruesome Kill

When prey is killed, enemies in a 10-cell radius around the prey have their Agility reduced by -(5 x prey's difficulty tier) for 2 rounds.

Guidance

Your first critical hit in a round grants your allies a stacking +(difficulty tier + your PER bonus / 3)% bonus to armour penetration until the end of combat. Reloading weapons removes this bonus.

Heightened Concentration

When you score a critical hit, you gain +(PER bonus)% armour penetration until the end of combat. This effect stacks.

Hunter's Ambush

Once per round, when you perform a single-shot attack on an immobilised or stunned target, this attack refunds its cost and does not count towards the attack limit.

Hunting Surge

When an enemy is killed by a critical hit (from you or an ally), you gain +(2 x difficulty tier)% damage for 2 rounds.

Inspiring Trophy

When you kill prey whose difficulty tier is IV or higher, you gain +2 AP.

Pierce the Armour

When you score a critical hit, the target's armour is reduced by -(your BS skill + target's difficulty tier)% until the end of combat. This effect stacks.

Pounce

Your allies gain a +(3 x your PER bonus)% critical hit chance against enemies affected with one or more of the following effects: prey, trailed or immobilised.

Retaliate

Whenever your prey deals damage to an ally, you gain +(prey's difficulty tier)% damage against that enemy for 2 rounds. This effect stacks.

Savour the Kill

Whenever prey that isn't being trailed is killed by an ally, you gain an extra turn with half your MP and AP. You cannot attack during this extra turn. If you have two Bounty Hunter characters in the party, they can "savour" each other's kills.

Share the Spoils

When an ally kills prey, you gain half the bonuses granted by _Hunt Down the Prey_.

We Got 'Em

At the start of your turn, you gain +2 MP for each ally adjacent to an enemy marked as prey.

Withdraw

When you are attacked at melee range for the first time after ending your turn, you automatically dodge the attack and move 1 cell in the opposite direction from the enemy. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Claim and Maim

If _Claim the Bounty_ kills an enemy, your next attack this turn will be an automatic critical hit.

Flay the Bold

_Cull the Bold_ additionally removes -(difficulty tier) deflection, -(2 x difficulty tier) Toughness and -(2 x difficulty tier) Willpower.

Trail and Shatter

_Hot on the Trail_ now has an unlimited range and reduces the target's armour by -(3 + your PER bonus)% for 2 rounds.

Pierce and Ruin

Each enemy affected by _Piercing Shot_ has their armour reduced -(your BS bonus)% until the end of combat. This effect stacks.

Kill Squad

_Raid_ grants an ally an additional +(2 x prey's difficulty tier)% damage against enemies marked as prey.
