Upon entering Rookwood castle, head down the hallway and up the stairs to the right to find an ancient magic area and a magical door. Go through the magical door.

On the left, use Accio to grab a fenced block and move it to the wall on the right. Cast Levioso on the block to use it as a climbing frame to the next stage.

In the same room, walk through the blue side of the portal to find a chest in the corner.

Enter the next room with a magical door, a moving floor, and platforms. Activate the ancient magic on the right of the magical door.

Shoot the button on the back wall to rotate the magical doorway. Spin the blue part to face south.

Enter the blue portal to find a chest in the doorway. A platform leads to another ledge with a chest.

On the left side of the room, find another chest down a corridor. While in the blue reality, use Wingardium Leviosa to grab a box through a metal fence.

Once the box is in the main puzzle room, enter the red portal in the magical doorway to loot the chest.

Face the magical doorway with the blue portal and move the pillar blocking the pathway to the original reality.

Head back into the red portal and move through the corridor into the next room.

In the next room, interact with the ancient magic in the center of the circle. Shoot the switch on the wall, then walk into the portal on the right.

Head back through when the portal turns red. You will arrive back in the center of the circle with access to a chest.

Head back through the portal to the pathway on the right and shoot the switch again to keep the platform on the left active. Cross the platform.

In the next room, enter the red portal. A Pensieve Protector will be in the area. Deal with it.

Move the cube from the other side of the portal into the red existence and place it where you found it.

Go into the blue world and climb on top of the materialized pillar. Shoot the switch on the wall on the right to bring the bridge to you. Jump on and shoot the witch again to get to the other side.

There is a chest on a platform above. Interact with it to loot it.

After leaving the room, there are two more enemies guarding a chest in the corridor before the final room.

In the final room, fight Pensieve Sentry and Pensieve Protectors. Some enemies are in the blue reality, others in the red. Both can attack you. Beat one set, then move to the other.

Bait enemies towards the portal to switch realities. Use Accio to drag them through or Leviosa to keep them in the air while attacking.

Tips

Use the cube from under the floor and place it next to the wall. Leviosa it and use it as a platform to climb gilded wires.
In the final room, if you have trouble seeing enemies in the other reality, try baiting them towards the portal.
