Grand Staircase Tower - Animal Door Puzzle

First up, fast travel to the Grand Staircase Tower Floo Flame. Head down the stairs until you spot an animal door puzzle. For this one, you'll need to set the left symbol to '6' and the right symbol to '7'. The correct symbols are usually right near the door or in plain sight nearby. Once solved, the Collection Chest is waiting for you in the room behind the door.

Next, warp to the Grand Staircase Floo Flame. Go up the stairs to the east, then take a right and go up another set of stairs. You'll see the animal puzzle door on your left. The first symbol block needs a '0', and the second one needs a '5'. The symbols are located near the door and back near the Floo Flame you just came from. The chest is in the small room behind this door.

Faculty Tower - Animal Door Puzzle

For this chest, head to the Faculty Tower Floo Flame (it's under The South Wing on your map). From there, go southwest down the corridor and turn right through a door. Climb two flights of stairs, and you'll find another animal door puzzle in the corner of the room. Set the left symbol to '0' and the right to '9'. The chest is located on the wooden scaffold just up the stairs past the door.

Ravenclaw Tower - Animal Door Puzzle

Travel to the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame from The Grand Staircase menu. Go through the short corridor to the northwest, and the animal puzzle door will be on your right. For this puzzle, set the left symbol block to '4' and the right one to '5'. The Collection Chest is just inside the small room on the other side of the door.

Trophy Room - The Headmaster’s Office

Now, let's head to the Trophy Room. Fast travel to the Trophy Room Floo Flame and make your way to the locked doors on the southeast side. You'll need Alohomora Level II to pick these locks, which you get from completing 'The Man Behind the Moons' quest. Once inside, go all the way up the stairs to reach the Headmaster's Office. You might also need to complete 'The Polyjuice Plot' to get into the office itself, so make sure that's done first. The chest is inside the office.

Trophy Room - The Key of Admittance Tower (Two Collection Chests)

After grabbing the chest in the Headmaster's Office, use Alohomora again on the door to its northeast. This leads to a tower where you'll find the Key of Admittance. You'll need this key to open the locked door at the end of the corridor where you found the entrance to the Headmaster's Office Gargoyle. Beyond that door, at the top of the stairs, is a hidden room containing two Collection Chests! You can also use Alohomora Level III to open the tower containing the Key of Admittance from the outside if you prefer.
