All Puzzles and Treasure in The Helm of Urtkot

Start the Quest: After Percival Rackham’s Trial, talk to Sirona at The Three Broomsticks, then Lodgok at Hog’s Head in Hogsmeade. Accompany Lodgok to a witch’s tomb west of Hogsmeade.

First Lumos Moth Puzzle: Enter the tomb. Follow the path to a moth door. Find a moth on a side passage to the left. Cast Lumos to attract it, return to the door, and dispel Lumos. The moth will enter the door.

First Treasure: Loot a large chest between the first and second Lumos Moth puzzles.

Second Lumos Moth Puzzle: Proceed through the first door. Explore a side passage to the left to find a stone chest. Continue to a circular tomb with a sarcophagus. Find two moths in the room. Use Depulso on doors to the east/northeast to find the third moth's perch. Use Lumos to lead all three moths to the door. A small chest is also in this area.

Inferius Encounter: After the second door, head down a passage. The chamber will fill with Inferius enemies. Use fire spells (Confringo, Incendio) to make them vulnerable, or use Ancient Magic. Utilize fire pots in the chamber for significant damage.

Second Treasure: After defeating Inferius, search the northern wall for stacked rocks. Use Depulso to topple them, revealing an alcove with a lootable bag and a purse of money. Climb a ledge to the southwest for a large chest.

Third Lumos Moth Puzzle: Head west, then north, vaulting an obstruction to reach the third moth door. This puzzle involves a Lumos Moth wheel. Place a moth in the wheel (lure with Lumos), then use Depulso to spin it and raise a platform to the east. Climb the platform, then a higher ledge to the east to find another moth perch. Lure this moth, return to the main chamber, and place it in the door. Lure the remaining moths (one on its perch, one on the wheel) to the door.

Final Treasure: Use Accio to pull a pile of debris.
