USAF Satellite Station Olivia

Locate USAF Satellite Station Olivia, east of Sanctuary and northeast of Concord. Look for the satellite dish landmark.

Be aware of Bloatflies and Mole Rats outside, including explosive variants. Two Raiders may also be present; use the nearby shack with a bed to recover if needed.

Enter the station and prepare for combat against approximately half a dozen Raiders led by Ack-Ack, who wields a Minigun, and an Attack Dog. Several Radroaches are also present in a room beyond a Novice-locked door.

Descend stairs and disarm a Laser Tripwire to prevent a Tesla Arc trap, obtaining Fiber Optics.

Enter the intel room, which contains a Guard Terminal (Advanced) and a sealed door. The door can be accessed by hacking the terminal or using a key found later.

Proceed north, then take the western fork to avoid more Raiders and reach the upper part of a large machinery room.

Defeat two Raiders and their Attack Dog in this room. One Raider patrols a nearby hallway.

Loot a Fusion Core from a reactor in the machinery room.

Go through a wide doorway to the north into a series of rooms occupied by Raiders, including Ack-Ack.

Engage Ack-Ack, who is armed with a Minigun. Use cover and target her during reloads.

After defeating Ack-Ack, find an Overdue Book on a counter in the east room.

Proceed north past Ack-Ack's former location to find two locked doors (Novice) to the east.

Search a Toolbox on the ground near these doors to find the Locket required for the quest Returning the Favor.

Pick the Novice lock on the eastern doors to enter a room with Radroaches. Use an oil slick to thin their numbers.

In the northeastern corner of this room, find an Instrument Case on a table. Beware of a Radroach under a nearby corpse. Inside the case is the Intel Room Key.

Use the Intel Room Key to access the intel room without hacking the Guard Terminal.

Inside the intel room, find a U.S. Covert Operations Manual (permanently reduces sneak detection) and a Mini Nuke on metal shelves. Also, loot a locked Safe (Novice) and a Trunk.

Return to Blake Abernathy with the Locket to complete the quest Returning the Favor.
