    Continue east from USAF Satellite Station Olivia to reach Tenpines Bluff. Speak to a Settler, identify yourself as Minutemen, and accept the task to eliminate Raiders at the Corvega Assembly Plant, located south in Lexington.

    Travel north-east of Tenpines Bluff to find an unmarked house. To the west, follow tracks south past two boxcars to find a caged suit of Power Armor. A Terminal [Advanced] inside the second blue boxcar can hack the cage open.

    Proceed north-east to an elevated highway, then head north along the road to a Raider outpost. Here you will find the unique Raider, Boomer, who wears Power Armor and wields a Fat Man. He is accompanied by Raider Scum and Raider Psychos.

    Use a long-ranged weapon (Hunting Rifle, Pipe Sniper Rifle, or Pipe Bolt Rifle) to stealthily eliminate Boomer from a distance, using concrete support pylons for cover. VATS can be used to line up shots.

    Follow a dirt road south-east from Outpost Zimonja to find a checkpoint with a truck, two Machinegun Turrets MK I, Attack Dogs, and a Raider. Loot the truck for an Explosives Box [Novice].

    Continue south-east on the dirt road until you reach an asphalt road and the General Atomics Galleria.

    Enter the Galleria and speak to the Greeter, who will direct you to The Director in the center plaza.

    Head to the northern end of the Mr. Handy statue and take an elevator to The Director. To avoid hostility and gain access to items without them counting as stealing, pass a moderate speech check by saying “Manual Activation” to become the supervisor. Alternatively, you can attempt harder speech checks (“Dropped It” or “Fake it”) or hack the “Director Override Terminal” [Master]. Failing speech checks or choosing not to interact with The Director will lead to encounters throughout the area.

    If you choose to interact with The Director, you will receive Pre-War Money x15 and a firmware update that reinstates combat inhibitors.

    Explore the first building to the north-west, Madden’s Boxing Gym, where you will encounter robots Mack, Danny, and The Champ.
