From Hubris Comics to Boston Common

From Trinity Plaza, head north to a road and follow it east.

Look north for an alley between buildings near Hubris Comics, guarded by a Machinegun Turret MK I and Raiders.

Head north up the alley, clear the hostiles, and find two chained red doors. Remove the chains.

Continue north into a building and find a door leading to the unmarked Shenley’s Oyster Bar.

Clear the Raider inside and head up the stairs to the roof to find two more Raiders and a Steamer Chest.

Leave the Oyster Bar and return south to the street, then follow it east to Hubris Comics.

As you enter Hubris Comics, sneak and wait for Ghouls to emerge. Defeat them with your best Ghoul-slaying weapon.

Near the entrance, find the “Hubris Comics Storeroom Key” in a cash register.

Locate the Unstoppables comic near the door for a permanent +1% chance of avoiding all damage.

Behind the cash register, open the locked display case [Advanced] to find the unique weapon Grognak’s Axe. Alternatively, use the nearby Terminal [Advanced].

In the bathroom to the east, find a dead Scavenger with the “Scavenger’s Note”.

Use the Hubris Comics Storage Key on the door [Novice] in the north-western corner of the entry room to access a storage room.

Open the Safe [Expert] in the storage room for goodies.

Head up the stairs to the second floor and defeat the Ghouls that ambush you.

Search behind a hole in the wall to the west for a dead Scavenger with a “Scavenger’s List” note.

In the larger room to the south, find a door [Novice] in the south-eastern corner leading to an office.

Use the “Manager’s Terminal” in the office.

Take the “Hubris Comics Office Key” from the desk.

Head through a hole in the wall to the north. Loot the break room to the east for a Nuka Cola Quantum in a Nuka Cola Vending Machine.

Continue north and ascend stairs to find more Ghouls. Defeat them.

Enter a room on the western end of the level and search a desk in the south-western corner for the “Writer’s Terminal”.

Head south from this room to find a small office [Expert]. Access it with the Hubris Comics Office Key.

Kill the bug inside and loot the safe for chems.

Collect the Duffle Bag and the “Silver Shroud Script” holotape from a desk. Read the Producer’s Terminal.

Exit the office and continue east to the stairs leading to the final floor.

Defeat the Glowing One.

Collect the Silver Shroud Costume and Silver Sword Hat from a mannequin near the stage.

Behind the scenery where the Glowing One was, find a “Silver Submachine Gun Prop” (not a weapon).

Check the lockers along the southern end of the room to find a Grognak Costume, which functions as decent chest armor with 10 physical resistance, 15 energy resistance, 15 radiation resistance, and +2 Strength.

Enter the dressing room to the east. Find random chems on a table and the Astoundingly Awesome Tales #4 magazine underneath, which grants a +5% damage boost with the Alien Blaster.

Exit Hubris Comics.

From Hubris Comics, head north up a street to the west to find the HalluciGen, Inc. building.

Past a truck, find a Pulowski Preservation Shelter. West of this is the unmarked Malborough House, containing a dead Gunner.
