Alright, let's talk about Gorski Cabin in Fallout 4. You'll find it just outside of Concord, pretty much southwest of the Museum of Freedom. Honestly, the map marker looks like a regular house icon, similar to the Ranger Cabin, so it's hard to miss. If you need another landmark, it's near a big electrical tower south of Concord.

As you get close, be ready for some trouble. There are a few Ghouls hanging out underneath the cabin, and they'll come crawling out to get you. Take 'em down, then head inside. There's another Ghoul inside, playing dead on a mattress. Deal with it, and hey, you can use that mattress to rest up if you need to. You'll also spot a Chemistry Station and a trapdoor leading down to the Root Cellar.

Head down into the Root Cellar. It's surprisingly intact down there. You'll find a bunch of lootable stuff, like an Ammo Box and some useful crafting materials, plus a Weapons Workbench.

Once you're done looting the cellar, look for a tunnel to the northwest. It might be a bit hidden behind a moved refrigerator. Follow it to a red door. Before you go through, it's a good idea to pop some Rad-X, because you're gonna take some radiation in there. Expect to get around 10 Rads, especially if you get too close to those toxic barrels. The main threat inside is the shambling Ghoul that used to be Wayne Gorski. He'll attack once he notices you. After you put him down, you can search the room. There's a disassembled Mini Nuke on a table, a Wasteland Survival Guide on a desk next to a terminal, and the terminal itself, which tells Wayne's story before the world ended. Wayne Gorski won't respawn, so you don't have to worry about him coming back.
