Walkthrough
  1. 1
Coast Guard Pier: Fast-travel to Westing Estate, head south-east to the pier. Loot the Vertibird cockpit for a First Aid Box and a Footlocker containing the “USCG Holding Cell Key”. Defeat Super Mutants, hounds, and a Suicider. Loot a trapped trailer for a First Aid Box and junk. Enter the main brick building, activate the “Coast Guard Lockup Terminal” to get map markers and open a cell. Inside the cell, find an issue of Astoundingly Awesome Tales. Hack the “Evidence Room Terminal” to open another door leading to loot including an Ammo Box, Duffle Bag, two Safes (Novice, Expert), and chems. Head upstairs, find an Advanced Safe with the “Eddie Winter Holotape 9”. On the third floor, find a Novice door with a First Aid Box and an Ammo Box. On the roof, find a Trunk and a Nuka Cherry.
  2. 2
WRVR Broadcast Station: Head south from the pier to a road, follow it south until it bisects another road. Head east to find a road north, look uphill east-north-east for a small building. Defeat the Sentry Bot (it often drops two Fusion Cores). Activate an Expert Terminal outside to turn on two Protectrons for assistance. Loot the building for a Novice Safe. Return to the road, follow it to the bridge, defeat the Raiders. Swim to the western shore to find the WRVR Broadcast Building north of the bridge. Inside, find Anna Hargraves, George Cooper, and Rex Goodman. In a northern room, find a copy of Live & Love on a desk.
  3. 3
Egret Tours Marina: Backtrack east across the river and follow the eastern shore south to Egret Tours Marina. Enter a Novice boathouse, head upstairs (beware of a Tripwire) to find an Expert Safe and a Steamer Trunk in a suspended boat. Loot a smaller, red-roofed boathouse (contains junk and Frag Mines). At the end of a dock, find a small building with a Tripwire rigged to a Makeshift Explosive, a Nuka Cola Quantum, and junk. On the western counter, find an issue of the Wasteland Survival Guide. East off the dock, head south to a brick building with a blue door. Speak with Phyllis Daily. You can pass speech checks to learn about her grandson Samuel. Upstairs, use “Phyllis’s Terminal” to learn more. You can convince her to join the Minutemen with a speech check after showing sympathy and mentioning Shaun, or kill her. Activate the Workshop to claim the location as a settlement. Use the terminal upstairs to unlock a nearby Safe.
  4. 4
Cutler Bend: Head south from Egret Tours Marina to Cutler Bend. Mop up any Mirelurks on the shore. Head to a trailer [Advanced] on the beach.
