Follow our Fallout 4 Liberty Reprimed walkthrough to help the Brotherhood of Steel rebuild Liberty Prime. This guide covers getting the High-Powered Magnet, building actuators, and finding nukes.
Walkthrough
- 1From Within: After completing "Institutionalized," speak with Doctor Li in the Institute's Advanced Systems section. Use Charisma gear and drugs to pass multiple speech checks, convincing her to rejoin the Brotherhood. Report back to Elder Maxson on the Prydwen. Before reporting, give Proctor Ingram the "Network Scanner" holotape to complete "Out of the Wire."
- 2Liberty Reprimed: Elder Maxson directs you to Proctor Ingram at the Boston Airport. She needs your help with Liberty Prime. First, convince Doctor Li to assist with a power issue. Return to the Prydwen, speak with Doctor Li, and pass a moderate speech check.
- 3Getting a High-Powered Magnet: Return to Boston Airport and report to Ingram. She tasks you with building four electromagnetic actuators for Liberty Prime. You need a "High-Powered Magnet" first. If you don't have one, travel to Medford Memorial Hospital near Malden Center. Clear out Super Mutants, including Suiciders, and find the magnet in the Operating Theater on the third floor.
- 4Building Electromagnetic Actuators: Return to Boston Airport. Head to the workbench west of the Fast Travel spot. Clear the area of junk (terminals, tires, cans) and use the settlement crafting menu's "Special" tab. With enough screws, fiber optics, and circuitry, build four actuators.
- 5Nuke Stockpile: After building the actuators, speak with Ingram. She assigns you to find a stockpile of nukes in the Glowing Sea. Talk to Scribe Haylen at the "Edge of the Glowing Sea" (Waypoint Echo) for a "Distress Pulser" and a warning about radiation.
- 6Edge of the Glowing Sea & Sentinel Site: Travel to "Sentinel Site Prescott" (or "Sentinel Site"), a pyramid-like structure south of "O’Neill Family Manufacturing." Clear out any enemies and head to the bottom of the area to find the nukes.
Tips
- Maximize your Charisma stat with gear and chems (like Daytripper) for easier speech checks, especially when convincing Doctor Li.
- If you've previously explored Mass Bay Medical Center, you might already have a "High-Powered Magnet," saving you a trip to Medford Memorial Hospital.
- Scrap junk items at the Boston Airport workbench to gather necessary components like screws, fiber optics, and circuitry for the actuators.
- Be prepared for high radiation levels in the Glowing Sea. Ensure you have RadAway and Rad-X, or a Hazmat suit/Power Armor.
- Experience Points (XP)
- Progress in the Brotherhood of Steel questline
- Potential for unique dialogue and outcomes based on speech check success.
