Ticonderoga

Enter Ticonderoga via the elevator to the inhabited upper floors. You'll find scrap, food, chems, beds, and crafting stations.

In the northwestern corner of the upper floor, search a room for an issue of Guns and Bullets.

Across the hall, find a Stealth Boy on a shelf in a room with an owned Terminal [Expert].

In another room with a dormant Protectron, you'll find a Vault-Tec Lunchbox.

Under the nearby stairs, locate two Nuka-Cola Quantums.

Descend a ramp from the elevator floor to reach the uninhabited lower regions.

Descend a second ramp and find two doors to the south. One leads to a storage closet, the other to a room with an activatable Protectron and a Vault-Tec Lunchbox.

Jump a gap on the lower floors to find a Steamer Trunk.

Descend stairs and search below them for two more Nuka-Cola Quantums.

Descend another ramp to a lower floor and look east through a window to spot a red Steamer Trunk. Work your way around the level (west, then north, then east) to find a hole in the floor and a ramp leading down. Carefully walk around the edge of the hole, turn south, and jump a gap to reach the room with the Steamer Trunk.

Descend to the lowest interior level. Work your way south, west, then north to find a Terminal that unlocks the lobby door.

In a room to the west, find an Expert Safe and an Expert Terminal that unlocks it.
