Alright, let's talk about the Web Spinner. This one's a bit of a creepy-crawly from Umbrella's labs, a spider-based Bio-Organic Weapon, or B.O.W. for short. They were developed by Umbrella USA, specifically out of their Arklay Laboratory. Now, despite the name, they don't really spin webs much. They were intended to be deployed in war zones, using their venom to mess with enemy combatants before... well, eating them. Not exactly a friendly design, right? Unfortunately for Umbrella, these things weren't quite up to snuff. They had limited intelligence, making them hard to control, and their strength wasn't as high as hoped. So, the Web Spinner project was largely scrapped. However, some were kept for research and, you guessed it, a few escaped. One particularly nasty mutant, a bigger one called the "Black Tiger," set up shop in the caves under the Spencer Mansion's courtyard. It got so tough that even Umbrella's own security team couldn't deal with it. When the Arklay Laboratory eventually fell apart due to a t-Virus outbreak, these spiders were free to roam. Keep an eye out for them, especially in darker, more enclosed areas. Their ability to climb walls makes them pretty unpredictable, and that venom can really put you in a bind.
