    Go beyond the doorway and use up the BLOOD PACK inside.

    Head back out of the doorway and wait at the control panel.

    The Leech Man will invade the room but will head to the blood instead of you.

    Once the Leech Man is inside the doorway, obtain the pill from the control console.

    Change the temperature to "High" to melt the Leech Man.

    After the FMV (full-motion video, a pre-rendered cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)), flip the temperature to "Down".

    Obtain the CARD KEY LEVEL 2 from the fallen leech man, who is now a dead doctor.

    Head out of the room.
