This little guy pops up in the 'Desperate Times' scenario and can really help you out, depending on how tough you like your game. ### Purpose So, what does this key do? It opens a safe located in the Waiting Room on the 2F East Hall. What's inside that safe changes based on the difficulty: * EASY & NORMAL: You'll find a fully loaded MAGNUM HANDGUN and a Submachine Gun Magazine. Nice haul! * HARD: You'll get a fully loaded MAGNUM HANDGUN. * VERY HARD: This is where it gets interesting. You'll find the Ruby Plate, which is super important for solving that statue puzzle. ### Location Now, where do you find this key? * On EASY, NORMAL, and HARD difficulties, you'll find it in the Kennel. It's in the third cell, near where you find Tony. This is after you've placed all five plates in the main hall and the zombie invasion countdown has started. * On VERY HARD, you'll find it before the countdown even begins. It's on the other side of the Waiting Room (near the Entrance Hall) where you start. You'll need to push a crate from the 2F East Hall side of the barricade to get to it on the Entrance Hall side.
